Privacy Policy for WorldClaw and WorldRouter
Effective Date: April 2026
WorldClaw Limited (“WorldClaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with the WorldClaw platform, including WorldRouter and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms and Conditions.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through any written, electronic, or oral communications, including when you:
- access or use our websites or applications, including those available at worldclaw.ai (or any successor URLs) and any pages that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”);
- interact with applications or integrations made available through third-party platforms that link to this Privacy Policy;
- create an account, purchase AI token credits, connect a digital wallet, or otherwise use the Services; or
- communicate with us or otherwise interact with the Services.
As part of the Services, WorldClaw enables users to access third-party artificial intelligence models and related infrastructure. In doing so, users may interact with third-party service providers, including artificial intelligence model providers, blockchain networks, wallet providers, payment providers or software development kit (“SDK”) providers. Certain third-party providers may independently collect, use, and disclose information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. However, in the case of SDK integrations used by WorldClaw, such providers do not collect personal information from users through the Services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Changes will apply to personal information we already hold, as well as information collected after the updated Privacy Policy is posted.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may provide additional notice, such as by sending an email notification or providing a prominent notice within the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that we have an up-to-date and valid email address for you.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any updates to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Supplemental Disclosures
We may provide additional or “just-in-time” disclosures regarding our data collection, use, or sharing practices. These disclosures may supplement or clarify this Privacy Policy or provide you with additional choices regarding how your personal information is processed.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information when you access or use the Services. “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you, as defined under applicable data protection laws, and includes information such as IP addresses and device identifiers. The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with the Services and may include information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information obtained from third parties, including search queries, model selections, API requests, and interaction history within the Services.
Personal Information You Provide to Us
The categories of personal information that you voluntarily provide which we may collect when you use the Services, include:
- Account and Contact Information. Information you provide when creating an account, signing up for a waitlist, or communicating with us, such as your name, email address, username, and login credentials.
- Communications. Records and copies of your correspondence with us, including support requests and other inquiries.
- Transaction and Purchase Information. Information relating to your purchases of AI token credits, including plan selections, quantities, transaction amounts, and related records.
- User Inputs and Content. Any data, prompts, or other content you submit through the Services (including through WorldRouter) (“Inputs”), to the extent such Inputs contain personal information.
When you submit Inputs through the Services, such Inputs may be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence model providers. WorldClaw does not control and is not responsible for how such third-party providers use, store, or process your Inputs or any resulting outputs. You should review the privacy policies of those providers before using the Services. WorldClaw does not use user Inputs to train its own artificial intelligence models, except as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection.
Wallet, Blockchain, and Payment Information
If you connect a digital wallet or engage in blockchain-based transactions, we may collect:
- wallet addresses and related identifiers;
- blockchain network and chain identifiers;
- transaction hashes, purchase history, and token-related records; and
- transaction metadata associated with your use of the Services.
Transactions conducted via blockchain networks may be publicly visible and accessible to third parties, including blockchain participants, third parties supporting operation of the Services, and the general public. WorldClaw does not control how such third parties access or use publicly available blockchain data.
WorldClaw does not provide personal information to such providers. To the extent third-party payment or blockchain infrastructure is used, any data processed is limited to publicly available blockchain transaction data or non-personal technical information.
Information Collected Through SDKs and Business Partners
The Services may include integrations with SDKs, payment providers, and other business partners. In general, third-party providers may collect personal information in connection with their services; however, in the case of SDK integrations used by WorldClaw, no personal information is shared with or collected by such providers.
To the extent SDKs are used in connection with the Services, such integrations may operate in the background as part of the technical infrastructure supporting functionality. WorldClaw does not provide personal information to such SDK providers, and such providers do not collect personal information directly from users through the Services.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
- Usage Data. Information about your interactions with the Services, such as pages visited, features used, API requests, model interactions, and timestamps.
- Device Information. Information about your device, including hardware model, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
- Log and Technical Data. IP address, time zone settings, error logs, and other diagnostic information.
This information helps us understand how the Services are used, improve functionality, and maintain security.
When you access or use the Services through a mobile application, we may collect additional information from your device, such as mobile device identifiers, operating system details, and information regarding your use of the application. With your permission, we may also access certain features or data on your device (such as notifications or other device functionality), in accordance with your device settings.

In certain jurisdictions, these rights may also include the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that information to another controller, as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where such processing produces legal or similarly significant effects.
You may request that we take certain actions with respect to your personal information, such as providing access to, correcting, or deleting such information, subject to applicable law.
